Stream clipping
How to clip Kick and Twitch streams that go viral
Streams are the best raw material for clips: hours of live, unscripted reactions. Your job is to find the 30 seconds that make someone stop scrolling. Here's how.
Where the viral moments hide
Watch for chat explosions, rage moments, big wins or losses, funny interactions with viewers and collabs. The VOD timeline and chat activity are your map.
- Jump to spikes in chat speed
- Check the streamer's own Kick or Twitch clips tab
- Look for moments with clear before/after
Editing stream clips
Stack the facecam on top and the gameplay or screen below, in vertical 9:16. Add captions, and cut the build-up hard so the payoff lands in under 20 seconds.
Posting for reach
Post 2–4 clips a day from the same stream while it's fresh. Use the streamer's name in the caption so fans searching for them find you.
Getting paid
Join the streamer's campaign on Clippify, post your clips and submit the links. Views are checked manually and paid by tier in rand.
Questions people ask
Can I clip any streamer?
Only streamers who run a campaign or have given permission. That protects you and your account.
How many clips per stream?
Quality beats volume, but 3 to 10 strong clips per long stream is normal.
