Refunds & disputes

Plain language. No surprises.

Important — wallet credit only

Clippify does not refund money back to bank accounts or cards. Any time funds come back to you — unspent campaign budget, a cancelled or rejected campaign, a failed payout, a reversed clip payout, or an admin-resolved dispute — the amount is credited to your Clippify wallet. You can reuse wallet credit to launch new campaigns at any time. Clippers (verified earners) can additionally request a payout from their wallet to their bank account or PayShap, subject to KYC and our normal withdrawal rules.

Campaign ended early or paused

If you end or pause a campaign with budget still in the pot, the unspent amount is credited back to your Clippify wallet within minutes. The 12% platform fee charged at funding is not returned. Use the wallet credit to launch your next campaign — no bank refunds.

Campaign rejected in review

If our review team rejects a campaign, the full amount you paid (pot + 12% fee) is credited back to your Clippify wallet automatically. Reuse it for a new campaign that meets the rules — no bank refunds.

Pot exhaustion

If a campaign pot reaches zero mid-campaign, all active clippers are notified immediately. Clips submitted after the pot is empty are tracked but earn nothing — top up the pot from your wallet to keep paying.

Clip rejections

If a campaign owner rejects your clip, they must provide a reason. You can dispute the rejection from your My Clips page. Disputes are reviewed by an admin within 2 business days.

View count disputes

If your view count looks off, raise a dispute and attach a screenshot of your post analytics. Admin will compare against the API response and resolve within 2 business days.

Flagged earnings

Earnings can be held if a clip's views spike abnormally (a sign of view-bot activity). Held earnings are reviewed by an admin and either released to your wallet or reversed with a written reason.

Dispute outcomes

If an admin upholds a dispute, the affected amount is moved between the parties' Clippify wallets (e.g. reversed from a clipper back to the campaign owner's wallet). No money leaves the platform during a dispute resolution.

Failed payouts (clippers)

If a clipper's withdrawal to bank/PayShap fails (wrong details, closed account, etc.) the net amount returns to the clipper's wallet within 24 hours. You'll get an email and in-app notification with the failure reason.
